I am personally greatly concerned by the shift in SaaS to developing machines that cost $650k+ each for the hospitals. If you can’t get the uptake ball rolling with no capital cost - why would hospitals jump on at half a mill greater cost?

I am ready to be dead wrong and perhaps it’s a brilliant move, but I just can’t get my head around it. It makes the entry barrier much higher, and also asks the question of why their technology needs a dedicated scanner? Is there important functionality missing when using existing equipment? Is that why uptake is slow?
