It has only been just over 6 weeks since the pilot program commenced and in the announcement they stated that they will be conducting a full review over the coming months. It's too soon for the market to know what's going on. The share price has been declining since the end of last year and will most likely be due to profit taking and the CR as OtisBDriftwood mentioned.
