    Hey look, more dilution of the shareholder's percentage, while strengthening equity for management.
    Its not the only thing ADO can do in this situation - its just that based on past behaviour, it is the most likely thing ADO management does in this situation.

    Snookered:
    They're company director incentives. So sayeth the Announcement, in very clear terms..
