The only comparison we can do is to compare it to what out there and the best comparison is asx listed stocks in the position aee is in. Which have a ready to go developed resource in Africa ! there are 2 Bannerman bmn Mc $154m Deep yellow dyl. Mc $203m. Both have a bigger resource as well as bigger capex and opex ! so to put a fair value Aura aee. An estimate of $100m is fair at this time ? but if the spot price jumps so will these market caps ! Doing some of my calculations I estimate 23c a share give or take for aee fair value price . This is all my opinion but at the end of the day all you punters decide what is a fair price if you need to sell ?
