AGRAV : "Issued as remuneration to NED Dr David Carland following shareholder approval at the EGM held on 2 July 2021."
for the purpose of "Working capital, remuneration to a director"
Working capital probably means a payoff to resolve the recent legal proceedings (my opinion only)
