I think the 5m options at 25c is a good incentive for Pac Partners to generate interest in the company.
They still need to pay 1.25m to convert. They will convert these shares if it's at multiples of the current share price.
We need coverage and I think this is a cost-effective way to generate it.

If this leads to more buyers and an increase in market cap, future dilution is a lot better for existing shareholders if we can't get upfront off-take finance.
Overall, I'm happy Paul has put more emphasis on raising awareness of our project.
