This never ending delay and further dilution is a joke and smacks of inattention by the fiefdom incumbents to resolve the shady mess without sustainable commercial merit and not in the interest of the majority of shareholders.
Yes Dentie there is no credible rationale for those responsible for the insolvency of AN1 being in ‘control’ of their last throw of the dice for questionable recovery without at the least independent oversight and report to shareholders.
Corporate governance is not to be seen through this whole affair.
