The 3B says 28 April - So expect an EGM to be called in the next week or so. Only this company could be so inept as to just put the notice out without thinking anyone would read it. I think I will be a seller - just it grinds my gears to think that if I sell, I will be helping to supress the SP of ZNC meaning DL would get his options even cheaper. No skin in the game and no market support, means he should not be Executive Chairman. He should be resigning, not seeking options. I could maybe be persuaded to support the options at the previous issued level. Unfortunately I can't sell on a Friday night.
