The other directors received exercise prices from 40c up - now DL is being rewarded for destroying the SP and being voted down - without even a reason why. This board has the biggest tin ear and jusdt doesnt listen to the market. All this after he raised approximately 0 on all his road shows.

If these options get rejected for the second time DL should - fingers crossed - resign, as he does not have the support of the share holders, it is a public company after all!
