If this is the strategy Miles offers to the business as director, is it time for a vote no on that as well. The 7.9 cent shares are close to what the price will be once they issue 25% more shares into the market. Smart from them to have the price achievable without much effort. I think we need a strong plan on where the capital will be used and what the ROI expectation is prior to going along. The DL targets are his minimum not what good performance looks like.
