So let's look at this.....a company has invested $17m dollars into a company(ATH) worth $62.5m at close.
They have exercised a 25% investment without going to shareholders and sold it at 5.32c per share (40%)premium.
I would assume we will have an announcement on Monday but I have to ask WHO IS IT?? A BIG PHARMA??
Anyway just IMO and I know nothing just conspiracy theorying.
So let's look at this.....a company has invested $17m dollars...
