All their cash is for research (only for ATH434) but this is something else. This is a "proposal" but why, is not clear to me. PBT2 would need research. Part of the " transformational "year. The "Fund" wants to be an owner of ATH ??? Perhaps I think too much of the future PBT2 deal?
