you bet me to it I was going to post exactly what you have done !
In saying that I do see upside for retail shareholders in having ATI doing the grunt work , to keep the company solvent short term .
Although with another copper producer ASX listed FND years ago the major shareholder ended up taking control of the company at no premium to the share price , in that case however there were no directors with large shareholdings unlike here.
Both companies though seem to be run by people with less than staller IQs .
