unfortunately I'm overseas this week, but can @ivantheironworker or someone please make some enquiries with the ASX about whether the company can actually do this given that it exceeds the 15%+10% capital raising limit, and also talk to them about the fact that in the annual the MD signed a declaration dated 30th of September saying that they didn't need to capital raise, and the quarterly shows that they had sufficient capital for 30 quarters (7.5 years). We need to get an investigation launched to stop this madness.
