I dont think this would help the company. They might not 'need' to raise money to be an ongoing concern but it might be prudent to shore up the accounts to make sure we are well capitalised going into the next 12 months.

I think we can all agree we would rather this CR than taking on more debt or a private placement to Al Tasnim to get the required filter presses and exploration funds.

If no one participates it becomes a private placement to ATI anyway...

the main issue I have is that I dont have the spare funds to take part.
