    Someone correct me if I am wrong, but if Al Tasnim move from their current 13% to 20% through taking up the offer and gaining some through underwriting then at 20% they are forced to launch a takeover offer?

    I don't object to Al Tasnim increasing their holding to say 19% - what I object to is the massive size of this cap raise and the associated dilution.
