    I have been trying to find this out myself. There are only a few ways to increase ownership above 20% with a pro rata rights issue being one of them. There doesnt seem to be too many issues with having say 25% or 40% ownership. The main result is that they have more sway on any decisions and can block any resolutions that require over 75% approval.

    I could be wrong but I very much see us as an ATI asset that they will acquire/use to further their interests in Oman.
