Even without a global crisis, this company has a big spend and needs to keep the momentum of sales going forward. We have a ramped up sales team in diverse countries and that needs to show results sooner rather than later. Initial sales are certainly encouraging but .... we need more.
This crisis is putting a squeeze on credit and that is significant to all stocks that are relying on further funding moving forward. Debt free, capital reserves, at least break even P&L .. a company with those attributes will weather this storm far better than the opposite.
Online activity is increasing. In Australia that is by 40% so far and that's just the beginning. Online sales of goods and services will skyrocket so there's definitely a place there for our company to carry on. With each week that goes by without a substantial sale however, the picture is gloomier but just a couple of good Anns could easily turn the boat around and boost us out of the Valley of Death into safe waters. Time will tell.
