Somehow 3m shares borrowed (for shorting) a couple of days before the ann and naturally no actual shorting reported as that raise red flags. But you can see it in the sudden rise of stock borrowed.
Regulators either compromised, asleep at the wheel or too busy with easy-target small fry.
