    I guess you are right there, looking at the parcel sizes, none of the sellers are big investors, each parcel looks to be for $10k or less. Just mum/dad holders panicking and selling so they can buy extra facial masks/cans of fruit from Woolies.

    Remember everyone to remind yourselves in times of irrational decisions that the AVERAGE IQ is only 100.
