May be look at the bright side, it's better than last CR of 3.6c. 120m options at 6c, basically they are hinting there will be another pump.
SOI is likely reaching 10 billion in 2 years' time. Chinese OT/MOU are rubbish, don't put high hope with that. I was hoping some EU partners in bed, even the Indian are better. Sell on every pump guys.
