For those mad enough to participate, yes. It’s underwritten so by the end of that subsequent rights offer after the placement, there will be ~304 million shares on issue plus oodles of new 10c options.
RM Corporate Finance Pty Ltd is getting 20 million of those 10c ex options for its services in addition to the $320K fees, so I guess we will see quite a bit of selling of them from April onwards as like most CR factories I doubt they will hold longterm.
