156m shares and options on issue now = 164.7m shares total dilution of 5.57%

However if the share price was say 30c then $2m it would only be 6.67m shares issued.

Even better at 40c then just 5m or 3.2% dilution.

Every bought share upping the anti also reduces the potential dilution of your investment.
