OK, so nothing too exciting. Performance rights don't vest until the conditions are met which could be any old time.
Still, encouraging that they're planning to do their own large scale mining, though the big end of town might have their own ideas. Pilot plant --> small scale production --> large scale commercial production through organic growth.
