So Regal dumps tens of millions of shares to practically annihilate the SP then Taurus, who is essentially in part, Regal gets to buy those shares back at substantial discount.

This brazen manipulation of the stock's SP was orchestrated so arrogantly, it's just not plausible to be convinced that "others" outside of those two entities didn't have preemptive knowledge of the scheme and gave tacit approval of it for their own agendas.
