If BCN is cashed up I would prefer that pay the cash and keep the bloody divi which is likely to be minimal anyhow. Not for clarity I do not hold but have been watching for a nice entry. issuing 100m oppies looks like it may raise them
$5.3m. ? is that right? if they hit the strike or higher.
what do u think the expected divi would be in total?
