This could still work out for share holders if they9KMM) can prove up a good
enough a JORC to start mining, but as far as voting this BOD out ,
it's all over, the current SHs have lost control, simply because KMM can exercise
enough options to get 50%+, the best SHs can do now is cross their fingers and wait.
