It's a bit late to keep these bastard honest,
Post consolidation the SHs will have lost the control of the company.
The I00 million shares plus the 50 million options gives KMM better than
60% control of BDI, you have no say what happens from here, and KMM
will have the project tenements back in their pockets.(CMPL)
In reality they get $5 miilion in share, +60% of BDI, +50 million options @0,03c,
(which are already in the money even before consolidation) + the CR
+ the return of CMPL, what do the SHs get??? the return to trading and hopefully
the ability to pass this dog on to some other unsuspecting fool,

Then again the new management could turn that project into a gold mine.

Don't know where you get the !cent from when post consolidation the ordinary
share will be 0.05c.
