They are only paying them in 20 million CDI call options with a 2-year expiry of 1 December 2026.
The call options of 10mio of them can only be exercised at 25 cents if the BEZ CDI share price for 30 consecutive days is at or above 35 cents and the next 10 mio call options can only be exercised at 45cents if the CDI price is at or above 55 cents for 30 consecutive days.

I wonder why BEZ hired them???? (for 6 months).
