RE issue of securities im not sure if this matter was covered in the meeting ? , i did not see it and have not read about our company secretary michael higginson becoming our cheif corporate officer ? that sounds like it should of been a seperate announcement it seems he has been gifted 5mil options to aquire cdi's admitedly at an excercise price of .45 exp 12/2026 if he remains past june 2024 , and his cv based on bez ann 3rd apr 2023 are pretty good see pics ,, any thoughts out there ? ,,, any conspiracys ?
