The ceo and her team should/must be rewarded with 50% pay cut. They can get the full with incentives only after commercialisation.. They must have hidden information, otherwise why non-equity drama and why CR announced just like a sudden ambulance call. Sense of urgency for commercialisation and communication is utterly missing because they are getting paid for years without commercial outcome.
