I would have to say that, at 3 cents - plus the options - that it probably is a good buy at the moment. The SP should hold up to some extent - and that will depend on how many sell their shares over the first few weeks. The discount is very generous so trading shares should provide a profit.
Longer term is unclear - as it is with any biotech company. Short term, there are profits to be made.
