Hi Rabbi,
This reads to me as an issue of performance based options.
IE No shares isssued yet, but could be based on performance ... I'd like to know what the performance criteria acually is.
Whatever it is, there's no impact upon BLU cash flow rewarding performance this way compared to BLU making cash payments when performance is achieved.
