the shares will be issued in stages, so how do they know to total number of shares to be issued will be exactly 670.111m shares when they don't know the future share price? or are they saying this is the maximum no. of shares that will be issued? so when s/p is above $0.01 less shares will be issue if it's under $0.01 they still issue the number above.
