~ upside when (if) options are exercised, $150k will go into the bank account.

Directors have taken up 1,500,000 shares in the placement.
16.67% discount to last trading price but given the current macro climate vert reasonable.

SOI still small for an explorer, and this was a very prudent and minimal raise.

There is a lot to like about the Bleiberg project.
