I for one will be emailing Simon directly my thoughts on these slap in the face resolutions. I would suggest others do the same to voice their opinion, in line with what has been expressed on this thread. I would not be surprised at all to see an amended copy of the resolutions put out to market next week if enough people do this.
We as shareholders have the right to this and accountability going forwards.
I will also be voting against these resolutions as well.
