you'd have to admit, unless they get finance with reasonable terms, this project will remain dormant and that would definitely be a balanced pov... is that something you subscribe to or do you think the past few years will materially change?
when I read the milestones from a few years ago, there's significant slippage and so it makes me wonder if management are up to the task. that's not unreasonable, its a very fair question.
