Why are we raising approximately $206,613 in cash when we don’t need it?
Why a 1 for 3 loyalty option giveaway at .3c per option exercisable at 10c? Why are Management being so generous?
(and yes I’ll be taking mine too).
Why not wait until this appeal is hopefully successful (BNR Management are very confident) and raise cash anfterwards under potentially far better terms with less potential dilution?
If I own shares in a Company does that make me a partial owner? I believe it does.
It just doesn’t make any sense at all.
