I don’t find a whole lot of relevance, all seems like general practice really & all I stated was that it is extra or could lead to extra money in the bank, I never said they did this to raise money ?? I actually implied that it was to honour loyal holders thru a somewhat unlucky? period.

Yes you are an owner of shares and are now invested in a company run by a particular management to hopefully turn the company into a successful business. Not sure why you would hold shares in a company where u believe management are well overpaid and continuously line their pockets with $$$ - seems to me like that would be defeating the purpose of calculated investing no ??
