As some have pointed out, if the appeal is upheld, then both the old and new options may look attractive. However, if the appeal is dismissed, then who is to say that the loyalty options won't go the same way as BNRO, up in a puff of smoke. Then only the head shares will have any meaning and I notice BNR is keeping those close to its chest. I, for one, have no interest in options, at least not with this company.
