Hi all, curious to hear everyone's sentiment about this announcement as it peaked my interest.
Firstly, I acknowledge that 5mil shares might not be that material in diluting exiting shareholders stake in BOE.
However, what I cannot understand is why issue shares when BOE is (arguably) trading at a discount? Isn't that just lighting money on fire - what am I missing?
