You wouldn’t do the above if you had doubts it would get approved. You wouldn’t book in a rig if you had doubts either. You wouldn’t settle in court for ‘nothing’ in return at the time, if you hadn’t struck some form of a deal.
My opinion is similar to others - that this has all been orchestrated with DBreeze being aware of it all - and he know’s it is going to be approved either Dec/Jan.
Otherwise it just doesn’t make sense.
