how does issuing 40mil shares at no cost help to expand business, seems free share for insiders? the SP should crash,
right to issue up to 15% new shares wthout shareholder approval, but to whom and more important for what, who get 40mil shares at not cost.. (.000001 cost of photo copying) wll our CEO offer more explanation of how this helps us? in a next pump interview. pls explain someone as i'm frustrated with all this free shares without cause it seems to me.
If bonuses are had, a simple formula ... we got a deal worth 10million or 100mil$ because X employee did Y work to achieve this 'beyond" their normal workday tasks, so we gave X a bonus of $100,000.....NOT a million or two, or $10million for free worth of shares
