I can appreciate the loyalty and wanting to raise so tasks get done by the company but this has been piss poor managed by Eric and no loyalty to shareholders raising at such a crap price. I would be even more annoyed if there are announcements coming as you expect to boost the SP. Why not do that before going with a rights issue so at a higher price less dilution.
