Most hilarious thing I saw is this statement
"Having reviewed various funding options available to the Company, the Board considers an
attractively priced rights issue is the fairest way to allow all shareholders to participate in
this exciting forward program."
Most likely means we've tried to get funding or insto/sopho raise but nobody is going to give it to us
