this is the conclusion I’m reaching too in my thinking out loud ramblings and I think you’ve hit the nail on the head, BB2 - it’s all about the rig. Funding secures the rig, the rig secures the JV partner, the appraisal/ retest program is cemented in the diary and fully funded, all roads lead to Rome. Only theory that makes any real sense. If so, I can now happily justify the timing of the CR.
