Yep thats right. The investors have the advantage. 1.75 Million advantages.
Where else will CAD get the money? SPP is time consuming and expensive.
Why would anybody put that much money into a extremely highly speculative stock without some inducement? Would you? I wouldn't.
CAD are going to go to the local credit union!
