I'm guessing there will be another shortfall. This is the first of a series of cap raises, my guess is they will space them out every 6-9 months. 12c, 8c etc. Hard to see demand for these shares with what lies ahead for the company. Once again management asking shareholders to foot the bill for their mistakes.
