easily the highest volume ever traded in CAY (almost double the last highest), surprised with the volume that it hasn't run further as there is not much on screen.
china should be back from their new year break. i know a couple of companies I deal with over there have said that they would not be back until the 14/15th so there should be nothing in the way of the BFS now.
I also thought that one of the requirements the Cameroonian government put on the ML was a range of finance options ready to go, so hopefully with the BFS then ML the funding agreement will come along with it and no need for a CR
