The market very rarely gives MOUs any weight. Retail jumps up and down with excitement but at the end of the day commitment isn’t obligated or mandated and usually amounts to nothing, not saying that’s what will happen in this instance.
The market generally only gives a prospective partner any seriousness when it moves past a handshake of understanding and the partnership solidifies.
